30-day returns on unused standard-size panels, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom & made-to-order items are final sale.
- Standard-size panels, unused & in original condition — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage. Contact us at orders@barrierboss.ca within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom, cut-to-size, made-to-order & special-order — final sale, non-returnable (produced to your spec).
- Cancellations — before production begins: full refund. Once in production or scheduled to ship: 25% restocking fee.
- Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered; replaced or refunded at no cost (freight-insured).
