Returns & Cancellation
30-day free returns on standard sizes. Custom and special-order items are non-returnable once production begins.

We accept free returns on standard-size products in unused, original condition. Contact us at orders@barrierboss.ca within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange pickup at no cost to you.
Custom & special-order items
Custom-cut sizes and special-order products (aluminum, ZM, rust/corten, steel board, etc.) are non-returnable once production begins — these are cut and finished specifically to your spec.
Cancellations
- Before production begins: full refund available minus a 5% processing fee.
- After production begins or dispatched: orders cannot be cancelled. Your materials are custom-cut and cannot be restocked.

Rates and lead times last updated: June 2026. All prices in CAD. Currently delivering to British Columbia and Alberta — other provinces are paused for new orders this year (see table above). Newfoundland & Labrador and territories not currently serviced.

We ship directly in-house throughout Canada. Lead times vary based on seasonal demand. Please contact a BarrierBoss®️ team member for the most accurate estimate for your area.
Exact delivery timing will depend on your location and the shipping route, but please know our team works hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible. For remote locations — including ferry-access and island deliveries — custom shipping quotes may apply. Please reach out to us in advance to discuss your specific needs so we can ensure a smooth delivery process.

Cancellation
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Assembled Fence Panels in Production
At BarrierBoss, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We understand that changes in plans may occur, and we aim to accommodate our clients as best as we can. Please review our cancellation policy regarding fence panels and production:
1. Order Confirmation: Once your order for fence panels is confirmed, production will commence based on the specifications provided in order of the production queue. Please carefully review all custom size requests, as sales on products of this nature are final.
2. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of order to qualify for consideration. After this period, cancellations and refunds will be at the discretion of management and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3. Lead Times: Please note that all lead times provided are APPROXIMATE and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as supply chain delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant changes to your order status.
4. Cancellation After Production Begins: If production or packaging for dispatch has already begun on your order, cancellation is not permitted. This policy is in place to ensure that we can meet the commitments we have made to our suppliers, other customers, shipping arrangements and production.
5. Returns: Customized orders are produced to specification and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.

Great panels, but the delivery was an issue. Very pleased with the corrugated panels themselves, however, I live in a Gulf Island and the delivery truck was too long for the ferry. Because of this issue Barrier Boss refunded the delivery price. I am very impressed with the products (we purchased both the corrugated panels and the hog wire). We have future plans for additional fencing and will be certainly purchase the additional corrugated panels from Barrier Boss.

Excellent quality hog panels. The delivery, however, took over 3 weeks to leave the warehouse after I was told it would leave in the next couple of days when I was placing the order. Communication from the company was poor and the tracking took the driver right past Vancouver and then all over Vancouver Island before returning to Vancouver to drop off my order. My client was extremely upset with me as a result of the delay. If you're planning well ahead of time and delivery lead-time or communication isn't a concern for you, the product itself is quite good.
Looks really nice and sturdy, I haven’t used it yet as it is for a fence that will be built in the spring.
