Product quality was great, but delivery took waaay longer than told and exoected and incredibly poor/lack of communication. No phone reply, online bot gave false information, email reply took over 1 week. When were finally given a delivery date, nobody showed and no call or message to say why, then we spent many hours trying to contact anybody for answers.

Attractive product, but...

The hog wire panels are well made and highly attractive, and I'm glad that I held out and waited for them. That being said, the turnaround was terrible. I placed my order on April 28th and it was early September before the order was shipped. Lots of excuses as to why it was taking so long to fulfil the order, including in July when I was told that they were unable to provide the posts that I had ordered (though they were still selling them on the website). I was refunded the purchase price of the posts, but it still took another 2 months to ship my order. For most people, there are probably better options available.
