  • BarrierBoss Canada is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather conditions, or customs processes.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer at the time the carrier accepts the shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns require prior authorization.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.
Custom products, cut-to-size items, and clearance products may be final sale.
