Returns & Refunds

Returns — 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on standard-size, in-stock items. The item must be in the condition you received it — uninstalled, unused and in its original packaging — with your receipt or proof of purchase.

We collect it, free. Once your return is approved our own crew picks the items up from your property at no charge. There is no return freight to arrange, no terminal drop-off and no liftgate fee. Please do not send anything back before your return is approved — items returned without an approved request cannot be accepted.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. It covers re-inspection, re-packaging and return transport on freight-class panels.

Damaged, defective or wrong item — no fee

Inspect your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace it or refund it in full, with no restocking fee. Every delivery is freight-insured from our facility to your property.

Cancellations

Panels are produced to order, so cancellation terms follow the production queue:

Within 48 hours of ordering: full refund, no questions asked.
48 hours to 7 days: 90% refund. The 10% covers our batch-scheduling commitment.
After 7 days, or once your batch run is scheduled: no cash refund, but we will issue store credit or swap you to a different in-stock product.
If our lead time runs more than two weeks past the published estimate: full refund, regardless of when you ordered.

Items that cannot be returned

Custom and made-to-order products — custom sizes, custom cuts and personalised items
Gift cards
Anything installed, modified, or no longer in its original condition

Not sure whether your item qualifies? Ask us before you order, or before you start a return, and we will tell you plainly.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the eligible item and place a separate order for what you want instead. The 25% restocking fee still applies to the returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is collected and inspected we tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds — less the 25% restocking fee — go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
