Cancellation policy

Build Commitment Deposit (50%) — Limited-Time Pilot

Assembled items are built specifically for each order and represent a significant production and logistics commitment. In previous years, these items required full payment upfront. To make things easier for our customers, we are piloting this new model for a limited time.

A 50% Build Commitment deposit secures materials and your production slot. Changes and cancellations follow our standard cancellation terms: full refund within 48 hours of ordering, 90% between 48 hours and 7 days, and store credit or a swap to a different in-stock product after that. If our lead time runs more than two weeks past the published estimate, you may cancel for a full refund. The remaining 50% balance is due once your order is loaded and scheduled for delivery.
