What gauge and profile are BarrierBoss corrugated metal fence panels?
They are 26-gauge galvanized steel with a 7/8" corrugation (wave) profile — a rigid structural panel, not thin roofing offcuts. Each panel is finished in DualCoat HDP NoFade paint, the same color on both faces, so the fence looks finished from both sides.
What colors and sizes do the corrugated panels come in?
Six colors: Black, Brown, Grey, Corten (weathering-steel look), Galvalume (silver) and Cream. Five stock heights — 38"×45", 38"×57", 38"×69", 38"×81" and 38"×93" — so you can match most fence-line heights without cutting.
Will corrugated steel fence panels rust or fade?
They carry a 40-year warranty against rust, fade and corrosion. The DualCoat HDP (high-durability polymer) finish is baked onto both faces — a dip/roll-coat system, not powder coat — so color holds in full sun and coastal air far longer than bare galvanized big-box sheet.
How long until my corrugated fence arrives, and how is it delivered?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) these travel Crane Truck for a flat C$149, free over C$2,500, made to order in about 2–4 weeks. In our Extended regions delivery is priced by distance and order total, there is no free tier, and Crane Truck is not available, so these ship to Standard regions only. C$500 order minimum. Can corrugated panels be installed horizontally or vertically?
Yes — the 38"-wide panels mount either orientation inside a metal or pressure-treated wood frame. Space posts 6–8 ft, set them at least 2 ft deep in concrete, and fasten panels with self-tapping screws and sealing washers to stop rust streaks.
- Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
- Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
- Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.

We ordered the corrugated metal panels to guild a fence and the panels are high quality solid metal. We had a few panels damaged when delivered but the customer service from Barrier Boss was excellent and they replaced them immediately. As for ordering the materials I called spur of the moment one afternoon and picked up the next morning. That shows something! Everything was on a pallet and ready to go.
Install was breeze and upkeep…… well…., it’s metal. Hit it with a hose every once in a while.

Great panels, but the delivery was an issue. Very pleased with the corrugated panels themselves, however, I live in a Gulf Island and the delivery truck was too long for the ferry. Because of this issue Barrier Boss refunded the delivery price. I am very impressed with the products (we purchased both the corrugated panels and the hog wire). We have future plans for additional fencing and will be certainly purchase the additional corrugated panels from Barrier Boss.

Latest pieces were used to compliment an existing forever fence. They were actually attached to a chain link fence for visual affect and the product looks great. This is an amazing product no matter how you want to use the materials

Only thing I would recommend is to use enclosed trailers or wrapped the products for long haul delivery as they were pretty dirty upon arrival. Otherwise all was great!!!
