This corrugated metal fence panel is the privacy fence panel that launched the BarrierBoss brand. This fence has beautiful curb appeal, an easy to install system and can withstand all weather conditions. Every single panel is precision-crafted by hand down to the exact measurement, ensuring a perfect fit.

This 7/8's corrugated metal fence panel features our proprietary fencing-specific 26 gauge rust-resistant steel sheets. We utilize GRK equivalent fasteners in 52 places on each panel that do not split or back out.

With identical no fade HDP colour on both sides and commercial grade rust-resistant steel, we then frame our panels with select grade honey-brown Pressure Treated spruce-pine-fir blend.

The 3 "M's" of a Perfect Metal Fence Panel

1. The Metal

We assemble our wood and metal fence panels with corrugated metal sheets surrounded by a pressure treated wood frame. You can do a vertical or horizontal corrugated metal fence. We make each sheet of metal ourselves using the latest methods that exceed the specifications of our competitors.

Metal Thickness

For these metal fence panels we use a gauge 26 corrugated metal. Our corrugated metal overlaps 3 times in two spots creating a strong panel. We produce gauge 26 corrugated metal sheets as the inserts within our pressure treated wood frames. We currently make black metal fence panels and grey metal fence panels.

rust-resistanting

Our corrugated metal fence panels are identical on both sides. If you buy Corrugated metal sheets for roofing or siding only one side is rust-resistant. We ensure that both sides are rust-resistant before painting while not raising the corrugated metal fence cost for our customers. This is the best long term fencing option.

Paint that Won't Fade

Selecting the right type of paint is important in how long your fence will maintain its original colour. We call this NoFade paint, which regardless of time or heat exposure, will retain its strength and sheen for years to come.

Flush Overlaps

We built these metal fence panels to look the same on both sides. Other inferior options using roofing or siding require paint matching. We roll the metal edges to sit flush so your finished fence project will look the same on both sides of the fence panel. Traditional metal roofing and siding only looks good on one side when overlapped.

2. The Material

Our handmade residential black corrugated metal fence panel is framed in premium honey brown treated lumber. We spent months searching for the ideal mill that can make wood for our fence panels that will last for years. The lumber that makes up this fencing material is ideal for all climates.

3. The Method

ScrewGuard 52 Point Fastening System

When we build our corrugated metal fence panels we want to ensure that they are solid metal fence panels. We utilize a specific assembly and quality control approach to ensure perfection. Our metal fence panels are assembled with our unique ScrewGuard 52 Point Fastening System. Every piece of lumber is pre-cut and pre-drilled. The last thing you want is to have panels that have varying measurements and do not fit between posts.

Hidden Fastener System

Every metal fence panel we assemble with weatherproof screws and we pre-drill each hole before assembly. Canadian weather can be extreme, the top rail has no exposed screws, everything is pre-drilled and assembled on a jig with expert knowledge. Our fence offers true measurements that allow a seamless fence install between wood posts.

📐 Custom Sizing

Most projects fit the sizes listed on this page — those are what we build, stock and price online.

We do make custom sizes within our standard range, and we quote them case by case. If your run falls between two listed sizes — say you need 7′ 6″ when we list 7′ and 8′ — we can build it. The cost depends on the dimensions, the profile and how much material the cut leaves behind, so custom sizes are not listed or priced on the site. Send us the measurements and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.

Custom sizes are final sale. A panel cut to your dimensions cannot be restocked or sold to anyone else, so custom-sized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Please confirm your measurements before you approve the quote.

These products can all be modified on site. Trimming a panel to close out a run is normal work, and you do not need us to do it for you — ask and we will walk you through how to cut and seal it properly so the finish holds up.

Just know that a cut edge is no longer a factory edge: cutting or drilling exposes unprotected steel and voids the steel & coating warranty on that component. Done the right way and sealed properly it will still last — so ask us before you cut.

INSTALLATION — Proper installation is the installer's responsibility: correct concrete mix, post-hole diameter and depth for your soil and frost line, and panels set square, plumb and level. Damage or premature wear from improper installation is not covered
MODIFICATIONS — Cutting, drilling or altering the steel exposes unprotected edges and voids the steel & coating warranty on the modified component.
Natural weathering, checking and minor warping of wood are normal characteristics — not defects

What gauge and profile are BarrierBoss corrugated metal fence panels?
They are 26-gauge galvanized steel with a 7/8" corrugation (wave) profile — a rigid structural panel, not thin roofing offcuts. Each panel is finished in HDP NoFade paint, the same color on both faces, so the fence looks finished from both sides.

Is the colour the same on both sides?
Yes. The HDP paint is applied to both faces of the panel, so the fence looks finished from your side and your neighbour’s. There is no “good side” and “bad side” to agree on with a neighbour the way there is with a wood fence.

What colors and sizes do the corrugated panels come in?
Six colors: Black, Brown, Grey, Corten (weathering-steel look), Galvalume (silver) and Cream. Five stock heights — 38"×45", 38"×57", 38"×69", 38"×81" and 38"×93" — so you can match most fence-line heights without cutting.

Will corrugated steel fence panels rust or fade?
They carry a 40-year warranty against rust, fade and corrosion. The HDP (high-durability polymer) finish is baked onto both faces — a dip/roll-coat system, not powder coat — so color holds in full sun and coastal air far longer than bare galvanized big-box sheet.

How long until my corrugated fence arrives, and how is it delivered?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) these travel Crane Truck from C$149, priced by delivery zone, made to order in about 2–4 weeks. Delivery is priced by zone, not by order total — Crane Truck C$149 in Zone 1 up to C$349 in Zone 4 — and is free on orders of C$5,000 or more. Outside those regions allow about 4–6 weeks. C$500 order minimum. Your estimated delivered date is in the estimate box on this page.

Can corrugated panels be installed horizontally or vertically?
Yes — the 38"-wide panels mount either orientation inside a metal or pressure-treated wood frame. Space posts 6–8 ft, set them at least 2 ft deep in concrete, and fasten panels with self-tapping screws and sealing washers to stop rust streaks.

Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.

Superb metal fence panels

We purchased more that 200 feet of "The Coastal" metal fence panels, custom-made to our specifications. The panels are "coffee brown" on one side, and "buckskin" on the other and look amazing. The panels, all pretreated the posts, and extra 4x4 posts to use as bases for each panel section, were all securely bundled and shipped - the driver helped with unloading and placing the panels as requested. A long wait to get my order

A long wait to get my order. Had to buy some posts and 2 by 4 from my local building supply to replace warped and twisted pieces in my order. My 2 gate panels 5’x 6’ were twisted and I had to put a barrel bolt at the bottom of the panels so they look even when gate is closed. I know this is the nature of pressure treated wood. I will be returning some posts next time we go to Kelowna.
