What does a U-channel set do?
The channels hold your infill panel on all four sides, forming the frame of the fence panel. They are how you build an all-metal panel without welding or a wood frame.

Which infill size should I choose?
Up to 1" suits thinner infill such as corrugated or ribbed sheet. Up to 1.5" takes thicker infill. Measure the actual thickness of the panel you are framing before ordering, since this is the one dimension that has to match.

What sizes are available?
Sets for 4' x 8', 5' x 8', 6' x 8' (most popular), 7' x 8' and 8' x 8' panels.

Will the channels rust?
They are dip-coated rather than powder-coated, so protection reaches into corners and cut edges where powder coat tends to thin first.

Do I need special tools?
No welding or metal fabrication. The channels assemble with standard fasteners and hand tools, which is the reason to use them instead of a fabricated frame.

How is it delivered?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) these travel Crane Truck for a flat C$149, free over C$2,500, made to order in about 2–4 weeks. In our Extended regions delivery is priced by distance and order total, there is no free tier, and Crane Truck is not available, so these ship to Standard regions only. C$500 order minimum. Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.

Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
