Drill, level, measuring tape, and lag screws (not included). Gates come pre-hung on hinges—attach to your posts with 3–4 lag screws per hinge side. Typical install: 30–60 minutes per gate.

Are the gates compatible with non-Deep Groove metal fences?

Yes, the cedar or pressure-treated frame works with any 4x4 or 6x6 wood/steel posts. The corrugated infill is ribbed/deep-groove profile, but the frame fits standard post spacing.

What hardware is included with the gates?

Heavy-duty black dip-coated hinges and latch hardware are included. 

How do I maintain the cedar or pressure-treated frames on the gates?

Both cedar and treated frames arrive pre-finished and look great as-is. No maintenance is required. If you’d like to change the colour or refresh the look, you can stain them anytime( staining is completely optional and not necessary for protection).

What does the 30-year warranty cover for the gates?

Covers the metal panels (rust/corrosion) and frame (rot/decay) under normal use. Cosmetic weathering and misuse are excluded.

How long is the lead time for pre-order gates?

2–4 weeks once in stock; pre-orders add 4–6 weeks for custom assembly. 

What happens if my gate arrives damaged?

Inspect immediately upon delivery. Take photos of any damage and contact us within 48 hours. All claims are assessed case-by-case.
