We hand-assemble our Revelstoke wood and metal fence with deep groove sheets surrounded by a cedar frame. You can go with a vertical or horizontal orientation for your metal fence. We make each sheet of metal in-house using methods that exceed industry and competitor standards.
Metal Thickness
What stands out about "The Revelstoke" amongst corrugated metal fence panels in Canada? We use a gauge 26 corrugated metal. Our sheets overlap 3 times in two spots creating a strong panel. We produce our product in house, manufacturing our own gauge 26 deep groove/ribbed metal sheets and building our own premium wood frames.

Our deep groove/ribbed metal fence panels are identical on both sides. That doesn't seem like a big deal, but deep groove metal sheets for roofing or siding usually have just one side that is rust-resistant. 3. The Method
ScrewGuard 52-Point Fastening System
We want to ensure you are getting solid metal fence panels, so we utilize a specific assembly and quality control approach to ensure perfection. We assemble the product with our unique ScrewGuard 52-Point Fastening System. Every piece of lumber is pre-cut and pre-drilled. The last thing you want is to have panels with varying measurements that do not fit between posts.
Hidden Fastener System
Every metal fence panel we assemble with weatherproof screws and we pre-drill each hole before assembly. Canadian weather can be extreme, the top rail has no exposed screws, everything is pre-drilled and assembled on a dig with expert knowledge. This offers true measurements that allow a seamless install between wood posts.

We use premium Western Red Cedar (Thuja plicata) — naturally rot- and insect-resistant with no chemical treatment needed. The cedar is kiln-dried and selected for straight grain and minimal knots.
Can The Revelstoke panels be installed horizontally instead of vertically?
Yes — Deep Groove sheets can be oriented horizontally or vertically. Simply let us know your preference when selecting your panel and we’ll assemble the frame accordingly at no extra charge.
What colours are available for the corrugated metal infill?
Midnight Black, Coffee Brown, Coastal Grey, Silver/Galvalume, and Cream. All panels are painted both sides with NoFade HDP paint before framing.
