What are these sheets made from?
26-gauge steel with deeper grooves, protected by our NoFade coating and finished on both faces so the fence looks the same from both sides.
How does custom-length cutting work?
Sheets are cut to your length rather than sold in fixed panel sizes, so you can match an exact fence height or run without trimming on site.
What colours can I get?
Six finishes: Black (most popular), Grey, Brown, Corten Steel, Cream and Galvalume (Silver). Corten gives the warm weathered-steel appearance without the structural rusting of true weathering steel.
How should the sheets overlap?
Overlap each sheet by one full ridge and fasten through the lower flat with colour-matched screws. That sheds water over the seam rather than into it.
What is the warranty?
40 years against fade and corrosion. The sheets are Canadian-made and need no painting, staining or sealing.
How are they delivered?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) unframed panels travel Loose Truck (C$49, about 2–4 weeks) and framed ones Crane Truck (C$149, about 2–4 weeks); checkout shows which applies, and both are free over C$2,500. In our Extended regions delivery is priced by distance and order total, there is no free tier, and both Loose Truck and Crane Truck run, in about 4–6 weeks. C$500 order minimum. - Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
- Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
- Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
