In our Extended regions delivery is priced by distance and order total, there is no free tier, and Crane Truck is not available, so these ship to Standard regions only. C$500 order minimum. What sizes and colours are available?
Five sizes, all 8' wide: 4' x 8' (most popular), 5' x 8', 6' x 8', 7' x 8' and 8' x 8'. Six colours: Black, Brown, Grey, Corten Steel, Cream and Galvalume (Silver).

Vertical or horizontal metal?
Vertical is the traditional fence look and sheds water fastest. Horizontal reads more contemporary and emphasises the length of the run. The panel and frame are identical either way.

How does cedar compare with the treated-frame version?
Cedar is kiln-dried, naturally rot and insect resistant, and chosen for appearance; it carries a 10-year warranty. The Pressure Treated version costs less and carries a lifetime warranty on the frame.

Do I need to stain the cedar?
Not structurally. Untreated cedar weathers to silver-grey over time; staining or sealing preserves the original tone. The metal section needs nothing either way.

How is it delivered?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
