What is included in a product sample?
A physical sample of the finish you are considering, so you can judge colour and texture in your own light before committing to a full order.
Why order a sample first?
Screens misrepresent metallic and dark finishes badly, and Corten in particular looks very different in daylight than in a product photo. If you are matching an existing fence, roof or trim colour, a physical sample is the only reliable check.
How long does a sample take?
Samples ship separately from panel production, so they do not wait on a fence build. Timing is shown at checkout.
Can you help me match a specific colour?
Yes. Tell us what you are matching and we can point you to the closest finish before you order a full run.
- Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
- Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
- Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
- Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
