TREATED LUMBER POSTS — Kiln-Dried, Copper-Azole Pressure-Treated; Lifetime Limited Warranty against structural failure from fungal decay or termite damage — ground-contact and above-ground retention classes, when installed per applicable building codes. Field cuts must be sealed with two coats of a copper-based end-cut preservative (min. 1% copper) to maintain coverage
CARE — We recommend maintaining exposed wood with Stain & Seal Experts oil-based penetrating stain (available from BarrierBoss) to extend its life and keep the finish looking new
INSTALLATION — Proper installation is the installer's responsibility: correct concrete mix, post-hole diameter and depth for your soil and frost line, and panels set square, plumb and level. Damage or premature wear from improper installation is not covered
Natural weathering, checking and minor warping of wood are normal characteristics — not defects

❓ FAQ

What sizes and lengths are available?
4x4 and 6x6 posts in 8, 10 and 12 foot lengths. The 4x4 is the standard panel post; 6x6 is used for gate posts, corners and taller runs where extra stiffness matters. Those are nominal lumber sizes: a 4x4 post finishes at 3.5" x 3.5" and a 6x6 at 5.5" x 5.5", while the 8, 10 and 12 foot lengths are actual. Our post caps and ground-line sleeves are sold by the same nominal number, so a 4x4 cap fits a 4x4 post.

How many posts do I need?
Panels are built for 8' on-centre spacing, so a straight run needs one more post than it has panels: five panels needs six posts. Add a post at every corner and on both sides of a gate.

Pressure Treated or Western Red Cedar?
Pressure Treated is the most popular and the one we recommend for ground contact; it carries a lifetime warranty. Kiln-dried Western Red Cedar is the appearance choice and carries 10 years.

Are these rated for ground contact?
Yes, these are ground-contact fence posts, which is a different treatment rating from general-purpose treated lumber. Using a non-ground-contact post in soil is the most common cause of early post failure.

Can I order posts with my panels?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) these travel Crane Truck from C$199, priced by your order total, made to order in about 2–4 weeks. Product quality was great but zero communucation

Product quality was great, but delivery took waaay longer than told and exoected and incredibly poor/lack of communication. No phone reply, online bot gave false information, email reply took over 1 week. When were finally given a delivery date, nobody showed and no call or message to say why, then we spent many hours trying to contact anybody for answers.
