What is included in this kit?
Pre-cut corrugated steel panels and a Western Red Cedar frame, supplied as a kit for you to assemble. It is the DIY route to the same panel we sell ready-built, at a lower price because the assembly is yours.

Is the colour the same on both sides?
Yes. The HDP paint is applied to both faces of the panel, so the fence looks finished from your side and your neighbour’s. There is no “good side” and “bad side” to agree on with a neighbour the way there is with a wood fence.

Why choose cedar?
Western Red Cedar is chosen for appearance and its natural resistance to rot and insects, and it takes a stain well. It carries a 10-year warranty; our Pressure Treated frames carry a lifetime warranty if durability matters more than looks.

What sizes and colours are available?
4' x 8', 5' x 8', 6' x 8' (most popular), 7' x 8' and 8' x 8', in Black, Brown, Grey, Corten Steel, Cream and Galvalume (Silver).

How hard is it to assemble?
Components arrive pre-cut and pre-finished, so assembly is fastening rather than fabricating. Most people find the first panel is the slow one and the rest go quickly.

Do I need posts too?
Yes, posts are separate. At 8' on-centre spacing a run needs one more post than it has panels, plus extras at corners and on both sides of a gate.

How is it delivered?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) unframed panels travel Loose Truck (C$49, about 2–4 weeks) and framed ones Crane Truck (C$149, about 2–4 weeks); checkout shows which applies, and both are free over C$2,500. In our Extended regions delivery is priced by distance and order total, there is no free tier, and both Loose Truck and Crane Truck run, in about 4–6 weeks. C$500 order minimum. Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
