How is it delivered and how long does it take?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) these travel Loose Truck for a flat C$49, free over C$2,500, made to order in about 2–4 weeks. In our Extended regions delivery is priced by zone and order total and there is no free tier. Loose Truck is available there too, from C$149 to C$449, in about 4–6 weeks. C$500 order minimum. What is the warranty?

100'. Every size is made to order, so you are not limited to what happens to be in stock.

How tall does deer fencing need to be?
Deer clear low fences easily, so height is what does the work. Check what your local wildlife guidance recommends for your area and build to it — an under-height deer fence is an expensive way to learn.

Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
