Our Western Red Cedar barrel saunas are made in 6ft and 8ft, with no heater, a 9kW electric heater or a wood-burning stove. They are not held in stock — each one is built and freighted to you, and delivery, siting and electrical differ by property. How is it delivered and how long does it take?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) these travel Crane Truck for a flat C$149, free over C$2,500, made to order in about 2–4 weeks. In our Extended regions delivery is priced by zone and order total and there is no free tier. Crane Truck is available there too, from C$199 to C$499, in about 4–6 weeks. C$500 order minimum. Your estimated delivered date is in the estimate box on this page.

What is the warranty?
BarrierBoss 5-year limited residential warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on the sauna structure. Heater carries its own manufacturer warranty. Normal weathering of exterior wood is not a defect.

What sizes are available?
6' Sauna, 8' Sauna. Every size is made to order, so you are not limited to what happens to be in stock.

What does the sauna need on site?
A flat, level, load-bearing base — a slab, pad or properly built deck — and clearance around it for airflow, servicing and the door swing. The heater and any controls must be connected by a licensed electrician to local code.

Is there an installation guide?
Yes — a product-specific installation and care guide is in the Guides, Videos & Downloads section on this page. It covers handling on arrival, post requirements, step-by-step installation, cutting and sealing, and long-term maintenance.

Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
