What is this panel made of?
Corrugated 26-gauge steel infill in a kiln-dried Western Red Cedar frame, factory-finished and delivered assembled. It is the combination chosen when you want the warmth of cedar with a maintenance-free centre section.

What sizes and colours are available?
Five sizes, all 8' wide: 4' x 8', 5' x 8', 6' x 8' (most popular), 7' x 8' and 8' x 8'. Six metal colours: Black, Grey, Brown, Corten Steel, Galvalume (Silver) and Cream.

What does the penetrating stain option do?
Choosing Yes has us apply a penetrating stain to the cedar frame before it ships, so the wood arrives finished. Add your colour choice in the order notes. Choosing No means the cedar arrives natural for you to finish yourself.

Does the cedar need maintenance?
The steel section needs none. Cedar is naturally rot and insect resistant, but like any exterior wood it silvers over time unless stained or sealed. Staining is what holds the original tone.

What warranty applies?
The steel carries a 40-year warranty against fade and corrosion. Western Red Cedar carries a 10-year warranty; our Pressure Treated frames carry a lifetime warranty if you want the longer term.

How is it delivered?
Assembled panels travel by Crane Truck on a 6-8 week lead time. Free over $2,500 and $149 below, delivered and unloaded on your property.

Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
