Description

WPC Fence Panels

WPC stands for wood plastic composite — wood flour bound in polyethylene or PVC and extruded into boards. It is the same family as the composite decking most people already know, applied to fencing.

Where WPC does well

It gives a solid privacy screen with a timber look and no annual stain cycle. Boards arrive finished, and a WPC fence installed properly looks good for a long time.

Where it struggles

Heat movement. WPC expands and contracts more than timber. Long runs need tighter post spacing and expansion gaps at every board end.
Surface fade. The colour is in the extruded surface, and UV takes it down over the first few seasons.
Fire. Wood flour and plastic both burn.
Repairs. A damaged board usually means pulling the run apart rather than swapping one piece.

The steel alternative

If what you want is the low-maintenance part rather than the timber look specifically, welded steel gets you there without the movement, the fade or the fire load.

What is WPC fencing?
Wood plastic composite — wood flour bound in polyethylene or PVC and extruded into boards. The same material family as composite decking, applied to fencing.

Is WPC the same as composite?
Effectively yes. WPC is the more precise term for the wood-and-plastic blend that most fencing sold as "composite" is made from.

Why does WPC need expansion gaps?
It expands and contracts with temperature more than timber does. Without a gap at each board end, long runs bow.

Do you sell WPC?
No. We build the steel version — nothing to fade, warp or leave a gap for.

Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
