Outdoor Privacy Screen Panels

A privacy screen is a short, deliberate piece of fence: enough to block one sightline without walling in the whole yard. Hot tub, patio corner, the neighbour's kitchen window, the air conditioner, the bins.

Why steel rather than lattice or slats

It stays flat. Timber lattice cups and twists within a couple of seasons; a steel sheet does not.
It is genuinely opaque. Corrugated steel blocks the view completely, where slats leak sightlines at an angle.
It cuts wind and noise. A solid panel does what a slatted one cannot.
Nothing to stain. Galvanized and factory-finished; you wash it if it gets dusty.

Corrugated and ribbed sheet gives full privacy and a modern profile. Where you want to define a space without closing it, welded mesh in a frame screens the area while keeping light and airflow — the right answer for a patio edge or a courtyard divider.

What is the best material for an outdoor privacy screen?
Steel, if you want it to stay flat. Timber lattice cups and twists within a couple of seasons; corrugated steel stays put, blocks the view completely, and never needs staining.

Does a privacy screen reduce noise?
A solid panel does. Corrugated steel blocks line of sight and cuts wind noise; a slatted or lattice screen leaks both.

How tall should a privacy screen be?
For a seated area like a hot tub or patio corner, 5 to 6 feet blocks sightlines from neighbouring ground level. For a standing sightline, go to 8 feet.

Can I get privacy without closing the space in?
