What gauge is the wire?
6-gauge hot-dipped heavy galvanized welded wire, considerably heavier than the 8-10 gauge welded panels sold at most home centres. Dipping carries the coating into the welds, where thinner panels fail first.

Framed or unframed?
Unframed is the bare welded panel, the lowest-cost option if you are building your own frame. The Pressure Treated and Western Red Cedar options arrive framed and ready to mount between posts.

What sizes and wire openings are available?
Nine sizes from 3' x 6' up to 8' x 8', in 4" x 4", 2" x 2", 1" x 1" and 2" x 6" openings. Availability varies by combination, so check the selector for the exact pairing you want.

Can these be used as a residential fence?
Yes, and that is now the more common use. The open mesh keeps sightlines and airflow while still marking a boundary, which suits gardens, yards and view lots as well as paddocks.

Why brown rather than silver?
Brown is the warm, earth-toned finish that settles into landscaping and timber rather than drawing a hard line the way black does, or reading agricultural the way bare galvanized does.
