Chain-link fencing has long been known as one of the best ways to define property lines and protect your property. Its versatile nature makes it relatively easy to install, and chain-link can be remarkably affordable compared to other types of fencing. Because air can easily pass through the openings, this material makes good cyclone fencing, making it a wise choice for high-wind areas.

At BarrierBoss, we’ve taken strides to improve chain-link fence quality.

We galvanize our own steel in a zinc bath.
We then coat the chain link.
Next, we weave the coated chain link into the finished product.

And further, we do not purchase our coated chain link from outside sources. It’s all done in-house.

Why is this important? It means that we have better control of the quality of the finished product.

We also have our own PVC batching, which can color the chain link. You’ve likely seen black-coated chain link fencing, perhaps green or brown. That’s exactly what we can do on-site at our headquarters. This in-house batching process allows us to control the quality of the product.

How is it delivered and how long does it take?
We deliver on our own trucks and unload on your property — no freight broker, no depot, no LTL terminal. In our Standard regions (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) these travel Crane Truck from C$199, priced by your order total, made to order in about 2–4 weeks. Delivery is priced by your order total and is the same everywhere we deliver — Crane Truck C$199 up to C$499 — with no free-delivery tier. Outside those regions allow about 4–6 weeks. C$500 order minimum. Your estimated delivered date is in the estimate box on this page.

What is the warranty?
BarrierBoss 40-year warranty on the core wire and fluidized dip coating finish.

What options can I choose?
Color: Midnight Black, Coffee Brown, Silver. Height: 4', 6', 8'. Gauge: 11, 9, 6.

What comes in the roll?
The mesh roll itself. Posts, rails, tension bar, ties and hardware are ordered separately — plan the full bill of materials before you start so you are not stopped halfway down the run.

Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
