We've stopped selling ornamental panels. Our Zero-Maintenance hog wire fence kit gives you the same open sightline in welded steel — a complete system with posts, panels, rails and hardware in one shipment, and nothing to repaint. Why we stopped: traditional ornamental panels are assembled from many small pieces, and every joint is somewhere water sits and rust starts. They also ship badly — the weight is in the pickets, the fragility is in the joints, and freight damage on a decorative panel is not repairable. We build the same sightline as one welded piece instead.

Description

Ornamental Metal Fence Panels

The wrought-iron look, built the way we build everything else — welded steel, not cast iron. Flat-top ornamental panels with clean vertical pickets give you the open, formal line people associate with traditional ironwork, in a panel that arrives finished and ready to set.

Why steel rather than iron

It will not rust from the inside out. Traditional wrought iron rusts and needs repainting on a cycle. Our panels are galvanized steel with a factory finish.
It is lighter to handle. Two people can set a panel without a lift.
It does not need a blacksmith. Repairs and additions use standard parts and standard tools.

Is this wrought iron?
No. It is the wrought-iron look built in welded galvanized steel. Traditional wrought iron rusts from the inside and needs repainting on a cycle; galvanized steel does not.

Why choose steel over iron?
It will not rust through, it is light enough for two people to set a panel without a lift, and repairs use standard parts and standard tools rather than a blacksmith.

What heights are available?
Eight panel sizes from 4 ft x 6 ft to 8 ft x 8 ft.

Standard-size items (unused, original condition) — returnable within 30 days, subject to a 25% restocking fee. We pick returns up on our own trucks (scheduled around truck availability), at no return-freight charge to you. Because we handle the transport, you're not liable for any transit damage.
Custom, cut-to-size & made-to-order items — because these are built to your exact spec, they are final sale.
Cancellations — full refund before your order enters production; once in production or scheduled to ship, a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or defective on arrival — fully covered. Every shipment is freight-insured end to end, so anything that arrives damaged is replaced or refunded at no cost — you're never on the hook for transit damage.
