Today, on Thanksgiving, as we reflect on this past year, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to the people who stood by us through a challenging but rewarding year.

The Tough Stuff

Let's be honest—this year tested us. Almost any business owner could attest to that. Steel tariffs hit our industry hard, and in an already competitive market, the pressure was intense. Our lead times were challenged as we navigated these obstacles while keeping our focus on premium quality over speed. As a family-owned company, every challenge felt personal, and we know our customers felt the impact too.

What Kept Us Going

But here's what we're grateful for: you didn't give up on us, and we didn't give up on you.

This year brought milestone moments that remind us why we do what we do. We completed extraordinary long-distance orders that took us across the continent—with final destinations as far as Nova Scotia and Delaware. Each truck served over 50 customers, and following our BarrierDirect promise, we dropped off each shipment with our own trucks straight from our facility.

It's an honour to make those deliveries ourselves. Meeting customers face-to-face, seeing where our products end up, and knowing we've gone the extra mile makes every challenging moment worth it.
