"The Cabot" gives you both: solid lower privacy from 26-gauge corrugated steel and open airflow up top from a 6-gauge hot-dipped, heavy-galvanized hog wire topper — colour-matched for a seamless look. The hog wire is galvanized after welding, so the welds resist corrosion competitors' pre-galvanized panels can't. Finished in UV-resistant NoFade HDP (Black, Brown, Corten or Grey), framed in Pressure Treated lumber or Western Red Cedar, 8' wide and 4'-8' high. Backed by our 40-year warranty.

Every BarrierBoss panel is Class 3 heavy galvanized — 150 gsm of zinc, the heaviest standard wire galvanizing class — applied AFTER welding, then sealed in our heavy-duty dip-coat. Welds are the natural weak point of any welded panel: typical competitor panels are welded from pre-galvanized wire, which burns the zinc off every wire intersection and leaves hundreds of bare-steel points hiding under a thin dip-coated. That's where they rust first. Our zinc goes on after the welds are made, so the entire panel — welds included — carries full protection.
